Proposal
After our consultation call, I’ll follow up with a personalized quote and a contract that outlines all the details of your wedding day and the package you’ve selected. To officially book your date with us, we require a 25% non-refundable retainer. This helps ensure your spot is reserved and that both sides are committed moving forward.
That said, I truly understand that every situation is different. If you genuinely want to work with us but need a little flexibility, we’re open to having that conversation. Just keep the communication open, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Wedding Day
You can count on our team to arrive on time and ready to go for your big day. We’re committed to working closely with your wedding timeline to ensure everything flows smoothly.
We also understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned—and that’s completely okay. We’ll adjust as needed and stay flexible so we can still capture all the important moments, no matter how the day unfolds. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Delivery
Images will be delivered within a 4-week to 8-week time frame from the wedding date. We would love to present these beautiful Images in person or Zoom call to capture your raw, realistic reactions!

I always do my absolute best to capture the most meaningful and heartfelt moments throughout your wedding day, especially those emotional, genuine moments shared between parents, family members, and loved ones. I also pay close attention to all the details and key happenings during the celebration so nothing important is missed.
That said, if there are any surprises planned—like a special dance, a speech, or a gift moment—it really helps to have a heads-up beforehand. That way, I can be in the right place at the right time to capture it perfectly. Communication ahead of time ensures that those once-in-a-lifetime moments aren’t missed.

My pricing reflects the quality, care, and creativity I pour into every wedding. I offer 6-hour wedding coverage starting at $2,899, which includes: One Lead Photographer, Private Online Gallery for Viewing & Sharing, Print Release for Personal Use, Pre-Wedding Consultation to Personalize Your Experience. with that, I understand every wedding is unique, so I’m open to discussing package add-ons or adjusting coverage to fit your needs. My photography style is true to color and vibrant, with a focus on capturing your day exactly as it felt — full of life, love, and authentic moments. I aim to preserve the natural tones and atmosphere of your wedding so that when you look back at your photos, they reflect exactly how everything looked and felt in the moment. From the colors of your flowers to the emotion on your faces, I want every image to bring you right back to that beautiful day.
My standard turnaround time for wedding galleries is 30 to 60 days after your big day. This allows me the time needed to carefully edit and perfect each image so that your photos truly reflect the beauty and emotion of your wedding. If your package includes portraits or albums, please note that those may take a little longer to process, as I want to ensure everything meets the highest quality.
Creating timeless, breathtaking images takes care and precision — and while I always aim to stay within the timeframe, my priority is delivering work that you’ll cherish forever.
If you’d like all of your digital images delivered within 2 weeks, I do offer a rush delivery option for an additional fee. Let me know if that's something you’d be interested in!
In the contract and retainer agreement, it will state that a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. This retainer locks in your booking and helps ensure our commitment to your special day.
The remaining 75% of the retainer is refundable up until three weeks before your wedding date. If you need to reschedule, I'm happy to accommodate as long as I’m available on the new date.
If I’m unavailable on the rescheduled date, I will try my best to find a replacement, but if you’d still like to move forward with me as your photographer, and I’m unable to find a replacement or make other arrangements, a $500 charge will be added to your final balance. This helps account for the extra time and effort required to shift schedules and commitments on short notice.
Open and early communication is key—I’ll always do my best to work with you.
